Meghan (the redhead)
Founder and Designer
Meghan's love for art and design began in her childhood, growing up in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, surrounded by antiques and exploring flea markets for hidden treasures. Her design career began at Washington University in St Louis where she earned a BFA in Graphic Design. After several years designing museum books and publications for higher education, she switched her attention to Interior Design, and after completing the Interior Design Certificate Program at MICA she founded Redhead Design.
Meghan is known for her talent in blending bold colors and patterns with a timeless, curated aesthetic. She expertly balances dynamic, vibrant elements with serene, understated details, seamlessly mixing traditional and modern styles. Meghan's thoughtful approach ensures each space feels as though it evolved naturally over time, while her dedication to understanding her clients' needs results in designs that exceed expectations.
Meghan loves discovering new artists, traveling abroad, and can often be found reading or playing with her sweet puppy, Daisy.

Project Manager
After sixteen years in independent school fundraising and admissions, Kathie brings her organizational and logistical skills to Redhead Design. As a lifelong design enthusiast, Kathie enjoys blending her love of design with her passion for detailed planning. Kathie oversees project coordination, client communication, material sourcing and procurement, installation management, and keeping the office plants alive.
