As a team, we work closely alongside architects, builders, contractors, custom furniture makers, workrooms, and skilled artisans to bring your vision to life.
We provide comprehensive design direction, and each project is carefully overseen by an experienced project manager to ensure your schedule, budget, and expectations are consistently met.
Design Process
The design process begins with listening to your story and how you live. Our goal is to create spaces that are thoughtful and will reflect your style and function seamlessly.
Whether we have the opportunity to collaborate with your builder and architect for large additions and new builds or oversee a full house remodel, we handle all design aspects of your project from initial concepts to completion.
REDHEAD DESIGN PROCESS

STEP 1: Initial Consultation:
Fill out our online questionnaire to help us understand your project. Then schedule a 10-minute discovery call with Meghan. After the call, you can book a 2-hour consultation for $400 to dive deeper into your design needs.

STEP 2: Proposal:
Redhead presents a Proposal and Scope of Work outlining the project with estimated design fees. In order to move forward, we sign the contract and collect a design retainer.

STEP 3: Collaboration Begins:
We spend time learning about how you live, your style and preferences so we can create the best possible living space for your lifestyle.

STEP 4: Creating the Team:
Meghan's talent extends beyond crafting beautifully inspired spaces; her true speciality is collaborating with architects, builders and general contractors to create a cohesive and seamless design. We will work with your preferred partners or pair you with the right team of professionals to make your vision a reality.

STEP 5: Design Development:
We will present you with a custom design, including layout, floor plans, furniture, fabric and finish selections, along with detailed drawings, elevations, and pricing to bring your vision to life.

STEP 6: Design Implementation:
When the design is approved Redhead Design will take care of Project Management which includes ordering, tracking, communication with clients, and installation. We addition we are in contact with the contractor and subcontractors throughout the project to ensure a smooth and streamlined process.
